Sara has always been passionate about helping others. With a background in recruitment and project management across various industries, she brings a unique ability to understand people's needs and match them thoughtfully. At St Agatha Care, she uses this skill to connect clients with the right self-employed carers from her trusted network of qualified professionals.

Sara is highly selective, working only with carers who have passed a thorough and carefully designed vetting process. This commitment to quality ensures that every introduction reflects the high standards of care St Agatha Care is known for.

She believes that care is deeply personal — often rooted in family — but also recognises that sometimes the most respectful and effective care comes from a dedicated professional. Her approach helps families maintain their bonds, while ensuring their loved ones receive compassionate and capable support.

Sara also understands that excellent care starts with the wellbeing of the carers themselves. Although carers are self-employed, she fosters a supportive environment built on mutual respect, clear communication, and professional collaboration.
