Once we have found a suitable carer, you will be in full control of the service. We will, of course, remain by your side if you have any questions or if you need us to find another carer should the primary carer be ill or absent for any other reason.

MEET OUR FOUNDER, SARA CASTRO
Sara has always been passionate about helping others. With a background in recruitment and project management across various industries, she has developed a skill for putting herself in others' shoes and understanding their needs.
She views care as a family-first affair, while also recognising the fact that it is sometimes best carried out by a professional carer so as to not disrupt family bonds.
Sara knows that the successful delivery of care begins with a good environment for the carers. Sara is meticulous about the staff and carers she brings into St Agatha Care, firmly believing that the happiness of the carers is directly linked to the wellbeing of those for whom they care.
This is why at St Agatha Care is centred around a culture of empathy, communication and strong relationships between Sara, the team of carers and the clients.
